We Are Hugo's Fence and Deck Nashville
A family business in Nashville building fences, decks, patio covers and screened porches for homeowners and businesses across Middle Tennessee.
One Crew, Start to Finish
Hugo's Fence and Deck is a family business in Nashville. Hugo runs it, his son works alongside him, and the two of them are usually the ones you meet before anybody picks up a tool. Fences, decks, patio covers and screened porches — outdoor work, and that is the whole business.
Our crew brings over twenty years on the tools and more than five hundred completed projects: privacy and picket fences, gates, ground-level and elevated decks, covered patios, pergolas and screened porches, for homeowners and businesses across Nashville, Antioch, Murfreesboro, Franklin and Hendersonville. Some of it is a fence around a townhome. Some of it is a two-level deck with a covered patio underneath.
We are licensed and insured, estimates are free, and our Google reviews are sitting at five stars — which we would rather you read than take our word for. Call and we will come look at the actual job instead of guessing over the phone.
What Makes the Difference
Hugo runs it and his son works alongside him. The people you meet at the estimate are the people on the job.
More than 500 completed projects — privacy and picket fences, gates, decks, covered patios, pergolas and screened porches.
From a fence around a single backyard to chain link around a commercial lot and fencing for townhome properties.
That sounds like a low bar until you have paid a deposit to somebody who never came back.
Our Process
01
You call, we come look
We come out to your place in Nashville, Antioch, Murfreesboro, Franklin or wherever the job is, walk it with you and give you a real number. Free, and nobody is going to lean on you afterward.
02
We lay out what you are getting
Style, height, where the gates go, where the stairs land. You see the plan and the price together, in writing, before anybody starts.
03
The crew shows up
The same crew, on the day we said. That sounds like a low bar until you have waited on somebody who never came back.
04
We build it
Framing, decking, pickets, railing, gates — start to finish. Most jobs are days, not weeks, and we tell you up front which one yours is.
05
We clean up and walk it with you
The scrap and the offcuts leave with us. Then we walk the finished job together, and if something is not right we fix it before we go.

“I don’t like it — I love it. I love my new fence.”
Mrs. Lisa · Privacy Fence · Nashville, TN
Hugo asked her on camera whether she would send us to a friend. She had already done it.
